Submit a Repair RMA to Lynx Support
Welcome to the FinishLynx RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) info page. The RMA portal linked below allows you to track the progress of repairs and returns online by following a custom ticket number. This includes the status of camera repairs, re-certifications, and hardware upgrades.
The RMA portal enables customer to:
- Authorize a product repair without calling technical support. Simply fill out the RMA request and support will either approve the request or contact you for more information.
- Receive notification when your shipment arrives at FinishLynx.
- Track service updates for items, including repair notes.
- Receive notification of return shipping.
