Repair RMA Portal
Submit a Repair RMA to Lynx Support
Welcome to the FinishLynx RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) info page. The RMA portal linked below allows you to track the progress of repairs and returns online by following a custom ticket number. This includes the status of camera repairs, re-certifications, and hardware upgrades.
The RMA portal enables customer to:
European Customers: Please submit a repair form on the Matsport Technical Support page.
To submit an RMA request, you must first log into the FinishLynx Returns Portal.
Go to:
http://finishlynx.returnsportal.net/
Click Create an Account at the top of the page.
Enter the required customer information including:
- Return shipping address
- Email address
Note: If you already have an account, skip to the next step.
Tip: If an account was previously created for you, use the Reset Password option on the login page.

1. Start the Request
- Click Submit New RMA Request

2. Select Product
- Search for the item using:
- Part number
- Product description
- Select the product and click Continue

3. Provide Request Details
- Add as much information as possible
- Attach files if needed
- Enter the requested return date
4. Add Additional Products (Optional)
- Add more items if necessary
- Otherwise select I am done adding products
5. Confirm Shipping Address
- Review the shipping address
- Click Submit
Do not ship your product until you receive an RMA confirmation email.
Notes:
- Confirmation emails will come from FinishLynx.
- Check your junk or spam folders if you do not see the email.
Steps
- Log into your FinishLynx RMA account
- Click Check RMA Case Status
- Select the appropriate RMA case
- Print one of the following:
- RMA Packing Slip
- Generic Shipping Label
Shipping Note: The generic shipping label only provides the shipping address.
Customers must arrange shipping using carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- Other preferred carrier
Important: Include only the items listed in the RMA case.
Example:
- Remote positioners
- Start sensors
- Power cables

You will receive updates via email as your RMA progresses.
You can also check status anytime by:
- Logging into the Returns Portal
- Clicking Check RMA Case Status
