The RMA portal linked below allows you to track the progress of repairs and returns online by following a custom ticket number. This includes the status of camera repairs, re-certifications, and hardware upgrades.

The RMA portal enables customer to:

  • Built for track, motorsport, cycling, rowing, and more
  • Authorize a product repair without calling technical support. Simply fill out the RMA request and support will either approve the request or contact you for more information.
  • Receive notification when your shipment arrives at FinishLynx.
  • Track service updates for items, including repair notes.
  • Receive notification of return shipping.
